The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Special (Excise) Case No. 590 of 2017 arising out of Saharsa Sadar P.S. Case No. 1296 of 2017 registered under Sections 37 (b) of Bihar Excise Amendment Act -2016.
Petitioner is said to have created nuisance after consuming liquor on public place.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that he never consumed any liquor. The petitioner has been falsely implicated in the case Though one excise case has been lodged against the petitioner but he is on bail in that case. He has no criminal antecedent. He has been languishing in custody since

In the facts and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Special Judge, Excise, Saharsa in connection with Special (Excise) Case No. 590 of 2017 arising out of Saharsa Sadar Case No. 1296 of 2017.
