====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE DR. ANSHUMAN ORAL ORDER 06-07-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Arwal P.S. Case No. 31 of 2021 lodged under Sections 302/34 of Indian Penal Code.

As per the F.I.R., informant states that named accused persons have threatened him that they shall kill the deceased Chhotan Singh. Specific allegation have been made against 7 named persons that they all in connivance with each other had killed the younger brother of the informant.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there were 7 named accused in the F.I.R. but name of the present petitioner has not been figured, though the informant and petitioner belongs to the same village. He further submits that

He further submits that co-accused of this case namely Sunil Kumar has been granted bail by the Coordinate Bench of this Hon'ble Court vide order dated 13.06.2022 passed in Criminal Misc. No.6000 of 2022. He further submits that petitioner is in custody since 07.06.2021 and charge sheet has already filed in this case and petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

In the present facts and circumstances of this case, let the petitioner above named, be granted bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousands) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Arwal/ Concerned Court in connection with Arwal P.S. Case No. 31 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 437(3) of Cr.P.C.
