Petitioner has earlier moved this Court for grant of bail in Cr. Misc. No. 12215 of 2018, which was rejected vide order dated 04.04.2018 as contained in Annexure-1.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has renewed his prayer for bail on the ground that he is languishing in judicial custody for about two years and there is no progress in the trial of the case.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.13917 of 2019(4) dt.24-04-2019 2/2 let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, II, Danapur, Patna in connection with Rupaspur P.S. Case No.158 of 2017 subject to the condition that petitioner will co-operate in the trial of the case and shall appear on each and every date fixed. In case he fails to appear on two consecutive dates, without permission of the Court, the Court below shall be liberty to take steps for cancellation of his bail bonds.
