2. The petitioner is in custody since 21.07.2017 in connection with Ahiyapur P.S. Case No. 566 of 2017 for the offences alleged under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-b) a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in connection with alleged recovery of one Carbine and one country made pistol with one cartridge when he was apprehended fleeing away from his house during raid by the informant. The petitioner claims clean antecedents.

4. Having regard to the nature of accusations and gravity of the offence alleged, this Court is not inclined to grant the privilege of bail to the petitioner at this stage. The bail petition
