The petitioner apprehends her arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 467, 468, 471, 406, 420, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the FIR, the petitioner and another co-accused took a loan of Rs.6,00,000/- from the informant on the pretext of marriage of his daughter. When the informant demanded his money back, the petitioner assured to get him job at Health Department and also handed over a forged appointment letter to him. Thereafter, the informant again started demanding his money back but the petitioner did not returned the same. 4.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner is quite innocent and has committed no offence. She has been falsely implicated in this case. No such occurrence, in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.18335 of 2024(5) dt.19-07-2024 2/2 the manner as alleged, has ever taken place. There is no specific overt act against the petitioner. Petitioner has no concern with the alleged occurrence. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent. 5.

Learned APP for the State as well as learned counsel for the informant opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail. 6.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case as the petitioner is a lady and there is money dispute between the parties, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail, in the event of his/her arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court below where the case is pending/Successor Court in connection with Bathnaha P.S. Case No.318 of 2022, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
