The present petition has been filed with a prayer to restore Misc. Appeal No. 12 of 2012, which stood dismissed due to non-compliance of peremptory order dated 19-09-2014. After hearing learned counsel for petitioners and considering the fact disclosed in the petition, particularly statement made in paragraph - 3 of the petition, same is allowed. Let Misc. Appeal No. 12 of 2012 be restored to its original file.

It is clarified that if order dated 19-09-2014 passed in M.A. No. 12 of 2012 is not complied with within a period of three weeks from today, the miscellaneous appeal i.e. M.A. No. 12 of 2012 shall stand dismissed without further reference to a Bench. (Rakesh Kumar, J.) Anay U
