The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Shahkund P.S. Case No. 282/19 registered for the offence under Sections 302, 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is mother in law of the deceased. As per FIR, all the family members of the wife of the deceased assaulted the son of the informant by lathi, danda and finally he died.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case only on the basis of suspicion. It is further submitted that there is no eye witness of the occurrence. There is no specific allegation against this petitioner who is lady aged about 45 years. Petitioner has clean antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as nature of accusation, in the event his arrest/surrender

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.13243 of 2020(2) dt.04-03-2020 2/2 within a period of six weeks from today, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur in connection with Shahkund P.S. Case No. 282/19, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of Cr.P.C.
