JUSTICE SHIVAJI PANDEY ORAL ORDER 16-01-2019 Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this petition with a liberty to avail the alternative remedy as this Court finds that before approaching this Court he should have approached the Central Administrative Tribunal as provided under the Central Administrative Tribunal Act, 1985. This writ petition is permitted to be withdrawn with a liberty to the petitioner to approach the Central Administrative Tribunal for redressal of his grievance. The Tribunal while considering the question of limitation will take into consideration the pendency of this case before this Court.
