2. In the instant petition, petitioner has prayed for following reliefs:

"1. That by this writ application the petitioner craves indulgence of this Hon'ble High Court for issuance of an appropriate writ or writs, order or orders, direction or directions commanding the respondents to consider and payment the benefit of arrear of first assured career progression scheme and second assured career progression scheme, which has already been granted to the petitioner with effect from 9.8.1999 in the light of the rule of assured career progression scheme, 2003."

3. Short question for consideration in the present

Patna High Court CWJC No.5541 of 2020 dt.07-12-2021 2/2 petition is whether petitioner is entitled to monetary benefit on account of extending benefits vide order dated 07.01.2019 (Annexure-3) or not? In not extending the monetary benefits, petitioner has submitted representation as Annexure-1 & 2. The same is pending consideration either in accepting or rejecting.

4. Therefore, the 3rd respondent is hereby directed to redress the grievance of the petitioner as narrated in Annexure-1, Annexure-2 read with Annexure-3.

5. Above exercise shall be completed within a period of one month from the date of receipt of this order, if the petitioner is entitled to, in that event, 3rd respondent is hereby directed to calculate the monetary benefits and disburse in favour of the petitioner within the aforesaid time limit.

7. Accordingly, the instant petition stands disposed of.
