2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Turkauliya (Raghunathpur O.P.) P.S. Case No. 885 of 2023 registered under Sections 420, 406, 467, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 138 of the N.I. Act.

3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the dispute between the parties has been settled through process of mediation. The terms of settlement mutually agreed upon by the parties and the same is kept at 'Flag-A'.

4. Having considered the fact that the dispute between the parties has already been resolved through mediation, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of
