JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER (Per: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE) 06-11-2017 Inter alia contending that petitioner's bank account has been provisionally attached in violation to the provisions of section 281B(1) of the Income Tax Act, this writ petition has been filed.

The respondents filed counter affidavit and it seems from the counter affidavit that inadvertently the said provision was applied and immediately when the mistake was found, the same has been corrected within two days and vide order dated 29.03.2016 the provisional attachment order passed was revoked and Annexure-C and D have been filed revoking the impugned order of provisional attachment.

In view of the aforesaid averments made in paragraph

Patna High Court CWJC No.6066 of 2016 (2) dt.06-11-2017 5 of the counter affidavit, this petition has been rendered infructuous.

Thus, this petition is disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.
