2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Kesariya P.S. Case No. 455 of 2023 registered for the offence under Section 394 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, unknown criminal looted a truck.

4. During investigation the name of the petitioner is surfaced as a facilitator who has facilitated the sell of the looted articles to one Angesh Kumar.

5. The petitioner has clean antecedents and he is in custody since 24.11.2023.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Kesariya P.S. Case No. 455 of 2023.

8. As a condition of this order, the petitioner after being released on bail is directed to mark his attendance at Kesariya Police Station on first Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the police station will result in cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioner. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Vikas/- U T
