JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 28-02-2023 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "1(i). For issuance of an appropriate writ in the nature of prohibition to not realize the settlement amount of Rs.
1, 44, 493/- from the petitioner for the year 2013-14 for Dhobwal Bazar Sairat as the rent has not been given to the petitioner or to the department by renters.
(ii). For issuance of an appropriate writ in the nature of mandamus for commanding and directing the
Patna High Court CWJC No.14139 of 2014(2) dt.28-02-2023 2/2 respondent authorities concerned to either recover the amount from the renters who have not paid rent even though their shops are in Sairat land.
(iii). For issuance of an appropriate writ in the nature of mandamus for commanding and directing the respondent authorities concerned to take suitable action against the allottees who have been allotted shops, who are not paying the rent.
After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are available under the law. Liberty, so sought, is granted.
The writ petition stands disposed off as not pressed.
