JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 06-07-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Narkatiyaganj R.P.F Case No. 1 of 2015 registered for the offences punishable under Section 3 of R.P.( UP) Act of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is not named in the first information report but in course of investigation, one co-accused Ajay Kumar was arrested along with stolen battery and the aforesaid co-accused disclosed the name of this petitioner as his associates. Petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent.

Accordingly, it is ordered that let petitioner, in the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.21431 of 2015 (2) dt.06-07-2015 2/2 event of his arrest/surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the court concerned, shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-( ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Railway Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah, West Champaran in Narkatiyaganj R.P.F Case No. 01 of 2015, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
