The petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offence under Section 30(a) (d) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

29 liters of Mahua liquor has been recovered at Beldhar pain and petitioners are alleged to have fled away from the spot.

It is submitted on behalf of petitioners that nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioners. Petitioners claim clean antecedent and are in custody since 11.02.2022. Investigation is complete. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.
