2. Having regard to the fact that the petitioner is only seeking disposal of the complaint case pending before the Real Estate Regulatory Authority, Patna (Respondent No. 2).

The present writ petition is disposed of directing the authorities to dispose of the complaint case no. 185 of 2023 (RERA/CC/185/2023) as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of the copy of this order. It is needless to mention that before passing any order, the petitioner as well as the Respondent No. 4 herein shall be put on notice and given an opportunity of hearing. Any order passed shall be communicated to the parties.

4. With the above directions, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
