Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

The FIR of the occurrence of murder is against unknown. On suspicion, the petitioner was remanded in the present case from some other case only on the basis of criminal antecedent of the petitioner.

Submission is that petitioner is in custody since 11.05.2018. Investigation of the case is already complete against the petitioner. There is no direct evidence of involvement of the petitioner in the murder alleged.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.14925 of 2019(3) dt.15-05-2019 2/2 Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Bihariganj Police Station Case No. 176 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
