Heard learned counsels for respective parties. In the instant petition, petitioner has prayed for the following reliefs:- "(i) For issuance of writ in nature of mandamus and directing and commanding the Respondent authorities to dispose the appeal case no. 61/2019 before the Distt. Program Officer, Sitamarhi for appointment of Anganwari Sahayika

Patna High Court CWJC No.6052 of 2020 dt.13-12-2021 2/2 within time framed by reason and speaking order which was pending.

(ii) For further prayer that to dispose of the representation before collector, Sitamarhi which was pending.

(iii) For any other relief or relief to which the petitioner is found entitled in accordance with law for the end of justice."

Petitioner's Appeal Case No. 61 of 2019 is pending before the appellate authority in respect of appointment to the post of Anganwari Sahayika.

The concerned respondent is hereby directed to decide the petitioner's appeal within a period of two months from the date of receipt of this order in accordance with law after due hearing of opportunity to the petitioner and contesting respondents.
