The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

Prosecution case is that informant's Rs.4,87,000/- was robbed, leading to registration of FIR against unknown. During investigation, on the confession of co-accused, the name of petitioner sprang up.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that except the confession of co-accused nothing had been collected against the petitioner during investigation. There is no recovery from the petitioner. A statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal

The aforesaid facts constitute ground for consideration of prayer for regular bail.

Let the learned Court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner, if the petitioner surrenders within a period of six weeks in connection with Mehandiya P.S. Case No.133/2015, pending before the learned CJM, Arwal. With the above observation, this application is, accordingly, disposed off.
