2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 191(2), 190, 191(3), 126(2), 127(2), 109, 121(1),121(2),61(2), 132, 324(4), 352, 351(2) and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

3. As per the prosecution case, when police party tried to clear the road blockade, petitioner and other accused persons attacked with sticks and bricks as a result of which several police men sustained injuries.

4. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that allegation is general and omnibus against this petitioner and no specific overt act has been alleged against her. Petitioner was not present on the spot and she is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case.

5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail. He submits that the petitioner is named in the FIR with specific allegation that she and other accused persons were involved in attack on the police party when they tried to clear the road blockade, as a result of which many police men
