ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 03-02-2016 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State. The Petitioner seeks revision of the order dated 23.3.2015 by which the Sessions Judge, Jamui, in Cr. Revision No. 77 of 2013 set aside the order dated 19.7.2013 and directed the Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Jamui, in Complaint Case No. 62C of 2013. Since the impugned order is merely one remand, I am not inclined to interfere in the matter.

The application is disposed off with a direction to the Court below not to be influenced by the observation of the Revisional Court.
