2. The petitioner is in custody since 27.09.2016 in connection with Special Case No. 38 of 2016 arising out of Narpatganj P.S. Case No. 329 of 2016 for the offences alleged under Sections 8(c)/20(B)(ii)(B) of the Narcotic Drugs & Psychotropic Act.
3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in connection with the alleged recovery of 89.5 Kg. of Ganja from one of the rooms of the petitioner's house and unregistered Scorpio vehicle standing on the door of the house. It is submitted that recovery thereof has not been made from the possession of the petitioner.
4. Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for bail.
5. Having regard to the nature of accusations and gravity of the offence alleged, this Court is not inclined to grant privilege of bail to the petitioner. The bail petition stands dismissed.
