JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 06-03-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Khaira P.S. Case No. 172 of 2015, disclosing offences under Sections 147, 341, 323, 307 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioners is of assault to the informant by khanti and rod causing injury to him. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that police after investigation has found the petitioners innocent, but the cognizance has been taken and injuries are simple in nature, except one injury which was referred for X-Ray and the petitioners were not present in the village at that time. Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides, considering the above

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.13857 of 2019(2) dt.06-03-2019 2/2 submission, this application is allowed. Let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jamui, in connection with Khaira P.S.
