Petitioner seeks bail in Patrakar Nagar P.S. Case No.07 of 2019 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 30(a) (b), 37(a), 38, 41 of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. It is alleged in the written report that total nine litres foreign liquor has been recovered from possession of the petitioner.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that Petitioner is in custody since 05.01.2019 having clean antecedents. In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount
