16-08-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

Dead body of deceased Lal Babu Paswan aged about 23 years was found in Sareh on 13.11.2016 and for that, it has been alleged by the informant, his father that in light of persistence of illicit relation ship amongst deceased along with wife of the petitioner, he might have been murdered by the petitioner. From perusal of the case diary, it is evident that Investigating Officer had not been able to collect sufficient evidence whereupon petitioner Chandeshwar Baitha is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M, Vth, Sitamarhi in connection with Sahiyara P.S. Case No.141 of 2016.
