Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Dumra PS Case No.146 of 2015, registered under Sections 302, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the FIR is against unknown and merely on suspicion, the petitioner has been implicated as accused in this case on the ground that some days back he had threatened the deceased, moreover similarly situated another co-accused Santosh Kumar has been admitted to anticipatory bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide Cr. Misc. No.26810 of 2017 on 17.10.2017 and the petitioner has no criminal antecedent except one case under Sections 420 and 409 of the Indian Penal Code.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.25001 of 2018(2) dt.27-04-2018 2/2 Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, petitioner Ashok Kumar Sah is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Sitamarhi in connection with Dumra PS Case No.146 of 2015.
