The petitioner seeks bail in Excise Case No.123 of 2020 in P.R. No.64 of 2020 registered under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

The petitioner was apprehended while he was carrying liquor on an auto rickshaw. 41.25 liters of liquor was recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Petitioner is in jail since 06.02.2020. Petitioner has already remained in jail for about a month.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional District
