JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 23-04-2015 This application under section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure filed for quashing the order dated 23.08.2012 passed by the learned Adhoc Additional Sessions Judge, Gopalganj in Sessions Trial No. 255 of 1998 arising out of Majhagarh P.S.Case No. 240 of 1995 by which the court below has rejected the application of the petitioner for declaring him juvenile in conflict with law, is not maintainable in the eye of law. Accordingly, the application is dismissed as not maintainable.
