JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 17-05-2018 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner, already in custody since 22.2.2018, seeks bail in Gardanibagh PS Case No. 45 of 2018 registered under Sections 417 and 420 of the IPC.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner seeks bail on the ground of parity as other co-accused persons Ranjan Kumar and Kundan Kumar have been admitted to bail by this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 22861 of 2018.

Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Rajendra Kumar @ Rajendra Paswan is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of ACJM XIV Patna in connection with Gardanibagh PS Case No. 45 of 2018.
