JUSTICE PRAKASH CHANDRA JAISWAL ORAL ORDER 20-07-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the State. The petitioners seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 25(1-b) a, 26, 35 of Arms Act.

As per prosecution case, on a tip off, police raided the house of Ramesh Yadav and apprehended the accused persons and recovered one country made pistol, two empty cartridges and one mobile from the possession of petitioner no.1 and two empty cartridges and one mobile from possession of petitioner no.2. Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case by the police due to ulterior motive. It is further submitted that nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioners. The petitioners have been languishing in custody since 30.03.2017.
