2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections Sections 80 & 3(5) of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 .

3 . It is a case of 'Dowry Death'. The sister of the informant was married with co-accused Dilip Kumar on 12.05.2022, but few days after the marriage, all the accused persons named in the F.I.R. including petitioners subjected her to torture and cruelty for dowry and lastly, due to nonfulfillment of same, the accused persons killed sister of the informant and tried to disappear the dead-body.

4. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.14187 of 2025(2) dt.11-04-2025 2/2 submits that Petitioner no. 1 is mother-in -law and petitioner no. 2 is brother-in -law of the deceased. They are simply vicitm of over implications. There is general and omnibus allegation against these petitioners. Thrust of the accusation is against husband of the deceased and it is orally stated that husband of the deceased is already in custody. Petitioners are separate in mess and property and have got no concern with the family affairs of deceased and her husband. Petitioners claim clean antecedent. Charge sheet has already been filed. Petitioner is in custody since 07.07.2024 .

5 . Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts of the case , prayer for regular bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the petitioner, mentioned above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of S.D.J.M., Danapur (Patna) in connection with Shahpur P.S.
