JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 10-04-2018 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner, already in custody since 4.6.2017, seeks bail in Kargahar PS Case No. 154 of 2017 registered under Sections 302, 120B and34 of the IPC and Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 and 27. The allegation in brief is that the petitioner along with other accused persons were opening firing while dance programme was going on, on the eve of marriage, when he was asked not to open fire by the informant's brother then the petitioner shot at his head causing his death and thereafter apprehended by the persons present there and a country made pistol and four live cartridges were recovered from him.

Having considered the specific accusation against the petitioner of killing the informant's brother in cold blooded manner, the prayer for bail is rejected.
