The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

The FIR of the occurrence of murder of the son of the informant was lodged against unknown. During investigation, on the basis of the report of the spy, name of the petitioner and others surfaced. Co-accused Deepak Kumar has already been allowed bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No.15811 of 2019.

Hence, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty
