Heard the parties.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Sathi P.S. Case No.92 of 2017 registered for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 325, 354(B), 379, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the fact that the petitioner is the main assailant who caused grievous injuries to the informant by holding her hairs, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to him. This application is dismissed.
