ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 04-09-2015 The Petitioner seeks transfer of Rafiganj P.S. case No.9 of 2008 corresponding to G.R. No.127 of 2008 (Trial No.2305 of 2012) from the court of Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, Aurangabad to the court at Patna on the ground that he is 70 years old man.
Since this can be no reason for transferring the case, the Trial Court is directed to conclude the trial positively within a period of four months from the date of receipt of this order without granting unnecessary adjournments to any party. Since the Petitioner knows about this order, he will
