2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bodh Gaya P.S. Case No. 832/2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 363/366(A) of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The petitioner is accused of kidnapping the victim girl. The petitioner is in jail since 08.11.2023 and he has no antecedent.

4. From the statement of the victim girl, it appears that the victim had left the house out of her own free will.

5. Considering the period of custody and also the fact
