The demand of ransom was made by the miscreants from the informant, Kamod Pandey over mobile on account thereof, instant case has been registered.

During course of investigation, C.D.R. was traced out wherefrom it is evident that relevant SIM Card was being used by one Vikash Kumar (Para-9), who was apprehended and during course of inculpatory extra-judicial confessional statement, he named the petitioner to have provided the same. In the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, petitioner, Sudhir Patel @ Ravi Ranjan is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with
