Submission is that earlier application of bail of the petitioner was rejected vide order dated 02.02.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 4107 of 2018 with liberty to renew his prayer of bail after framing of the charge and now charge has been framed on 23.02.2018.

Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Mahendra Sah @ Mahendra Prasad Sah, is directed to be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sessions Judge/Special Judge, NDPS Act, East Champaran at Motihari in connection with NDPS No. 23 of 2015 (arising out of Pipra P.S.Case No. 209 of 2014).
