The present petition has been filed for modification of order dated 06.11.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 50102 of 2019. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that due to COVID-19 Lockdown, the petitioner could not surrender before the court below within the time fixed by this Court, vide order dated 06.11.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 50102 of 2019. In the facts and circumstances of the case, the modification petition is allowed.
