The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence under Section 307 & other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.
As per the F.I.R., on 26.03.2020 at about 8:00 AM, the petitioners alongwith co-accused Golu Kumar, armed with deadly weapons, came at the door of the informant and assaulted son and husband of informant, as a result of which, son of the informant sustained injury on his head and hands. It is submitted on behalf of petitioners that there is case & counter case and both sides sustained injury. The injuries are simple in nature. Petitioners have got clean antecedent.
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.15041 of 2022(2) dt.23-08-2022 2/2 Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned J.M. 1st Class, Jamui in connection with Sikandra P.S.
