The present petition has been preferred for the following reliefs:- (i) to, issue an appropriate order/s, directions/s including a writ preferably in the Nature of Mandamus commanding upon the respondents to get the land of petitioner measured and demarcated an area. 3.125 Dec. appertaining to Khata No. 93, Khesara No. 748, situated in mauza Siyadih P.S. Charpokhari, District- Bhojpur purchased through a registered deed of sale deed.- 27.05.2023 purchased in the name of wife of the

Patna High Court CWJC No.3873 of 2024(2) dt.24-06-2024 2/2 petitioner;

(ii) to, restrain the respondents from making construction of Road in the Khatiyani land of the vender of wife of the petitioner;

(iii) to, Direct the respondents to make construction of road leaving the land of the petitioner if needed for public purpose.

3. After some argument, learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that he will be approaching the Collector, Bhojpur at Arrah (respondent no. 3) within four weeks from today.

4. Learned State Counsel submits that if he approaches the Collector within four weeks, the same shall be expeditiously concluded.

5. In that view of the matter, the writ petition stands disposed of with the observation that if the petitioner approaches the Collector, Bhojpur at Ara within a period of four weeks, he shall take up the matter and after hearing the parties will decide the same in next four months.
