JUSTICE ADITYA KUMAR TRIVEDI ORAL ORDER 23-04-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor.
On account of murder of Sunita Kumari due to nonfulfilment of demand of dowry, instant case has been launched by the father of deceased.
After going through the case diary, it is apparent that there was persistent quarrel in between deceased as well as petitioner, Ram Rekha Devi on that very score and that being so, I do not see it a fit case wherein petitioner no.3, Ram Rekha Devi, mother in-law of deceased should be granted anticipatory bail. Hence, instant petition to her extent is dismissed. So far petitioners Puran Baitha and Ghutuk Baitha are concerned, each are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two
