Learned counsel for the State by referring to statement made in para nos. 6 and 7 of the supplementary counter affidavit filed on behalf of the Respondent nos. 4, 5, 6 and 7 submits that upon necessary sanction order to pay pension to the petitioner namely Kiran Devi, has already been sent and recommended from 03.07.2017 and PPO No. 202512072018P0 dated 15.12.2025 has been issued by the office of the Accountant General for ensuring pension in favour of the petitioner. Relevant extract of the statement made in para nos. 6 and 7 are as under:-

That it is respectfully submitted here that from 29/08/2012 to 02/07/2017, family pension had been given to the daughter of Late Ashok Kumar " Sushree Puja Kumari" vide PPO No. 201712071175 dated 29/08/2012; and after attaining the age of 25, pension is not being given to "Sushree Puja Kumari". Under the circumstances, sanction to pay pension to the Petitioner Kiran Devi is recommended from 03.07.2017.

7. That it is respectfully submitted here that PPO No. 202512072018P0 dated 15/12/2025, has been issued from the Office of the Accountant General (A & E), Bihar, Patna for pension, in favour of the Petitioner Kiran Devi, from 03/07/2017 to 28/08/2022.

3. On the other hand, counsel for the petitioner does not dispute the factual position obtaining on record.
