Taking into consideration the allegation levelled against the petitioner as well as this aspect of the matter that trial has already commenced, again, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and accordingly, his prayer for bail in connection with Trial no. 57 of 2016 (POCSO) arising out of Basantpur P.S. Case no. 96/2015 pending in the court of Addl. Sessions Judge I, Siwan stands rejected.
