Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in Bithan PS Case No. 159 of 2017 registered under Sections 302/34, 120B of the IPC and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

The allegation in brief is that this petitioner due to land dispute shot at the deceased killing him on the spot. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated due to land dispute. Whereas learned Counsel for the State submits that the allegation is very specific against the petitioner of killing the deceased.
