The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Danapur P.S. Case No. 576 of 2018 for the offence punishable under Sections 328, 302, 201 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner, who is of clean antecedent, is innocent and has not committed any offence. In fact, the petitioner has been made accused in this case merely on the basis of suspicion and there is no material against the petitioner in the case diary. Hence, the petitioner may be granted the privilege of anticipatory bail.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.15851 of 2019(3) dt.21-05-2019 2/2 let the above named, petitioner in the event of surrender within a period of four weeks be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M. 1, Danapur in connection with Danapur P.S. Case No. 576 of 2018 subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
