This is an application seeking anticipatory bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 143, 341, 342, 186, 427 and 353 of the Indian Penal Code. Referring to the First Information Report, learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the only allegation is that the petitioners were raising protest and had blocked the movement of main road near Semariyan under the Rohtas district.
