This is an application for regular bail in connection with Soh Sarai P.S. Case No. 158 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 224 and 225 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is that he is instrumental in fleeing away of accused Sunil Sao from jail custody. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he is a labour and has falsely been implicated in the present case. He has got no criminal antecedent. He is in custody since 26.07.2017. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial
