In the present case, the petitioner is seeking bail in Amarpur (Phulidumar) P.S. Case No. 99 of 2015, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 447, 324, 307, 504, 506of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

The specific allegation against the petitioner is to have fired by his gun upon the neck of the informant causing injury to him and the injury report also supports the case of the prosecution.

Looking to the entire facts and circumstances of the case, for the present, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
