The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Shahpur P.S. Case No.158 of 2020 registered for offences under Sections 341, 323, 307, 379, 427, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. In view of the nature of the dispute and nature of injury sustained by the injured, the application for anticipatory bail is allowed.

Accordingly, let petitioners, above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender within ten weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-
